Yeast extract is referred as YE, is a common name of extracted material from baker's yeast, brewer's yeast, torula yeast or other yeasts, is a nutritional versatile flavor agent and enhancer through the reaction of pacemaker enzyme with yeast; the main components of yeast extracts, such as peptides, amino acids, flavor nucleotides, B vitamins and trace elements (BCAA), are an excellent natural and balancing combination of nutrition and savory. Combining more than 30 years of advantages in hands-on autolyze and continuous fermentation, Zhen-Ao adopted GEA and Alfa Laval centrifuges and other advanced production equipment and cooperated with an outstanding technical team from United States and Germany to develop a series of yeast extract products. Because of our unique fermentation processes, yeast strains, and as a leading global infant formula nucleotide business experience over the years, Zhen-Ao had successfully developed the "high nuclear yeast extract "series with absolutely no exogenous adding on the basis of the regular yeast extracts, and the IMP and GMP content can naturally reach up to 18%. Our YE product performs particularly prominent in two aspects, Umami (the 5th.– umami and savory taste) and Kokumi taste sensation (the 6th.– long lasting and richness taste). We aggregate both taste sensations into our yeast extracts, and they worked soundly in many food applications.
